How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Can I make changes to my order?
If your order has not entered processing, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Can I color or bleach the hair?
Yes! Our premium RAW hair can be professionally colored or bleached. We recommend using a licensed hairstylist to preserve the quality of the hair.
Can I curl or straighten the hair?
Absolutely. Our RAW hair can be styled with heat while maintaining its luxurious quality when properly cared for.
How long does the hair last?
With proper maintenance, our premium RAW hair can last 2 years or longer.
